Dear YEAR 9 Parents / Guardians

As per previous years, schools are requested to insert the list of Informal Activities for every student on MySchool.  These will eventually be added on the SSC&P (Secondary School Certificate and Profile). 

You are kindly asked to:

1. Download the attached document;
2. Ensure it is duly filled in;
3. Take a photo or scan the document;
4. Send it by email to [email protected] and [email protected] by Friday 28th May 2021
5. Address the email to Ms Louiselle Borg; 
6. Ensure that you have included the name and class of the student.

If case of difficulties, you can also insert the document in a sealed envelope and post it in the letterbox just outside the clerks’ office.

Għeżież Ġenituri / Kuraturi tal-istudenti tad-9 Sena

Bħal kull sena, l-iskejjel jiġu mitluba biex iżidu l-lista t’attivitajiet informali li attenda għalihom kull student fuq MySchool.  Dawn l-attivitiajiet imbagħad jiġu inklużi fuq iċ-ċertifikat tal-SSC&P (Secondary School Certificate and Profile).

Intom  ġentilment mitluba biex:

1. Tagħmlu kopja tad-dokument mehmuż;
2. Taraw li d-dettalji huma mimlija kif suppost;
3. Tieħdu ritratt tiegħu jew tiskenjaw id-dokument;
4. Tibgħatuh lura permezz ta’ imejl fuq dan l-indirizz elettroniku – [email protected]  u [email protected] sa nhar il-Ġimgħa 28 ta’ Mejju 2021
5. Tindirizzaw l-imejl tagħkom lis- Sa Louiselle Borg;
6. Taraw li fl-imejl tinkludu l-isem u l-klassi tal-istudent.

Min isib problema jista’ jimla d-dokument mehmuż, jagħlqu ġo envelopp u jitfgħu fil-kaxxa tal-ittri maġenb l-uffiċċju tal-iskrivani.
