You are kindly asked to access the mentioned URL https://education.gov.mt/en/Pages/BLOCKCERTS.aspx and populate the form by Tuesday 1st March 2022. When such details are provided, you will receive your Blockcerts invite followed by your digital credentials at a later stage (July/August 2022).
